TFT creates bright and colorful temporary tattoos for toddlers. Unlike other temporary tattoos, the designs combine printed words with pictures, engaging children to make connections between letters and sounds. Tattoos For Tots is "Wear to Learn." Created by two moms, an elementary school teacher and a graphic designer, these temporary tattoos are made in the USA and contain only safe and non-toxic, FDA approved colors. check 'em out here.

bediboo is the spot where hip mamas hang to get the goods for their little ones (and their little ones' friends!). We love this upscale baby boutique in the North East section of the city. When you stop by, make sure you check out the class listing for the Parenting Resource Center . Come prepared to relax and shop while the kids play.

I am eating up what EllieBellieKids is doing: putting a modern twist on children's classics, daydreaming about our favorite childhood toys...they're keeping the fun simple! Delicious tutus with yards of tulle, custom made capes, and his and her pint-sized messenger bags for the little ones.

the Visionary Arts Museum will give everyone plenty to look out; the B&O Railroad Museum will make thomas the train seem dorky (he is!); and get away from the harbor and head out to hampden!

our favorite local newspaper for the urban curious is definetly urbanite baltimore - dig in and get hip without even trying.

named after the classic children's book the corduroy button is my favorite children's boutique in baltimore. kids clothes, fun toys, room ideas, and great gifts. plus run by the nicest folks on the planet.

once a week we go on a date with the kids and let them pick the spot. 9 times out of 10 they pick miss shirley's Baltimore's kid-friendliest place to eat that features breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. (dig those pancakes!) .

robert who? it's baltimore's most prolific artist featuring bright paintings capturing the spirit of local sports, people, places and cats too - dig him up and down here.
