the Environmental Nature Center is amazing! I remember my parents taking me to the enviornmental nature center when i was little and we'd spend hours looking for tadpoles and frogs in a little pond. recently brought my life full circle and took my son and we had just as much fun. Now you can find not only find 15 representative Ecological Habitats of California, there is also a Native Butterfly Garden. Best part, there are activities for kids, parents, or the whole family. Check it out and see how you can become involved.
Newport Bay is just one of OC’s great natural resources. Take the family out on the weekend for one of the many boat tours, walking tours, or hands on Science studies, including SHARKS!
